About Us

The ultimate mission of the American Youth Football League is to benefit children by establishing a comprehensive sports league where young people can participate in athletic competition to grow and learn more about their place in the world. We don’t just offer an opportunity for kids to perform consistent physical exercise, we give them platforms to build camaraderie and learn the complex art of maintaining healthy relationships by participating in sports. In the AYFL, children and young adults make friends for life, fostering important connections that benefit everybody involved. The lessons our participants learn are ones they keep with them throughout their lives. It is in our bylaws that we aim to further sportsmanship and honor among children in a competitive atmosphere, and we hold tightly to this commitment, making sure no child or young adult is left behind or made to feel out of place. Simply put, the AYFL is a safe home for youngsters to learn, grow and develop their social and athletic skills.
